All production takes place at a single integrated facility. Bringing pultrusion, open-molding, and fabrication under one roof means the resin formulation, the structural profile, and the finished assembly are all controlled within the same quality chain — nothing gets handed off to a third party between raw material and finished product.
Pultrusion Lines
The pultrusion hall operates multiple production lines capable of running structural profiles up to 12 metres in length. These lines produce the full range of FRP I-beams, square tubes, round tubes, channels, angles, solid rods, flat bars, and door & window profiles. Each line pulls continuous glass fibre rovings through a resin bath and into a heated die where the profile cures under controlled temperature and speed. The process is monitored for pull force, die temperature, and line speed in real time, with deviations flagged before they affect the cured profile.
Open-Molding Cells
Grating panels are produced in dedicated open-molding cells using steel molds fabricated in-house. Molded grating panels are laid up with alternating layers of continuous glass fibre mat and liquid resin, then cured under controlled conditions. This cell produces the full range of molded grating types: standard square mesh, mini-mesh for pedestrian and trolley traffic, heavy-duty grating with increased panel depth, covered grating with integral solid covers, and phenolic grating where fire performance is specified. Each mold is cleaned and inspected between production cycles to maintain dimensional consistency across batches.
Fabrication Shop
The fabrication shop handles everything that isn't a standard off-the-line product. Custom stair tread assemblies, handrail sections with pre-drilled connection points, drainage channels fabricated to specific fall gradients, bridge decking panels cut and finished to project dimensions. The shop is equipped with diamond-tipped cutting tools, precision drilling jigs, and assembly benches where multi-component FRP structures are pre-fitted before shipment. All fabrication is done against project-specific drawings, with dimensional checks recorded for each assembly.
Resin Formulation & Mold Making
The resin mixing room formulates polyester, vinyl ester, and phenolic resin systems in-house. This allows the production team to adjust the resin chemistry to match the chemical exposure profile of the end-use environment — isophthalic polyester for general chemical resistance, vinyl ester for aggressive acid and solvent service, phenolic for fire-rated applications. The mold fabrication workshop produces and maintains all steel molds used in the grating cells, which means mold modifications for custom panel sizes or load ratings can be done without external lead times.
Production capacity is structured to handle both regular inventory replenishment and project-scale orders. The pultrusion lines can run multiple profile types simultaneously, and the grating cells operate on staggered production schedules to maintain throughput without rushing cure times.
